Lola Chetti

Lola is a New York–based leadership specialist and organizational coach with over 3,700 coaching hours and 16 years of global experience. She holds a Master in Consulting and Coaching for Change (Distinction) from INSEAD and integrates neuroscience, narrative, cultural intelligence, and psychodynamics in her work. Lola designs and delivers accredited coach training, mentors and supervises coaches, and supports leadership development across Asia, Europe, and the U.S. A former senior magistrate, she’s passionate about coaching standards, women’s leadership, and lifelong learning.

A lifelong learner and reflective introvert, they value curiosity, discomfort as growth, and the power of thoughtful leadership in shaping a better world.

Dr Clare Beckett-McInroy

Dr. Clare is the founder of BECKETT MCINROY CONSULTANCY and CoachME, an EMCC award-winning coach training organization. A highly experienced executive and board coach, she trains, mentors, and supervises coaches and leaders globally. Clare co-founded two ICF chapters and served as founding President of ICF Doha. She leads accredited ICF, EMCC, and AC programs in multiple languages with a team of MCCs and pioneered 'leader-as-coach' solutions across the Middle East. Clare holds a doctorate in cross-cultural leadership and is a published author.
