Small Moments, Big Impact: Dyad Practice for Coaching Presence and Relational Depth
In coaching, transformation often happens not through large interventions, but through subtle moments of presence, listening, and relational awareness.
This interactive webinar introduces dyad practice as a simple yet powerful contemplative relational method that supports coaches in strengthening presence, embodied listening, emotional regulation, and the capacity to remain with what is emerging without rushing to fix or direct.
Participants will experience one short dyad cycle and reflect on how this practice can enrich coaching presence, deepen connection, and support both personal and professional development.
The session also serves as an introduction to an upcoming pilot learning journey for coaches interested in practicing dyads over an 8-week period with support from a dedicated app and guided facilitation.
To support a focused and meaningful experience, participants are invited to join from a quiet space where they can remain present and undisturbed for the duration of the session.
No prior experience with dyad practice is needed — simple guidance will be offered during the session.
Participants are welcome to engage with openness, curiosity, and respect for confidentiality within the shared space
