Embracing the Shadow: A Somatic workshop for womxn to reconnect with their self-leadership

This workshop invites womxn to explore their relationship with uncertainty and listen deeply to their inner wisdom through connection to their pelvic bowls. Through somatic practices, journaling, and community sharing, we’ll root in the present moment and uncover the truths that reside in our bodies. This interactive session creates a space for self-reflection, connection, and empowerment – as a foundation for self-leadership.

In this experiential session I will provide space for movement, visualization, and journaling.
