Supervision: getting unstuck

Clients bring us dilemmas, questions or problems which they cannot solve on their own, because they are stuck. As supervisors we offer a different perspective and insight into the different levels of the problems they bring to help them get unstuck. This may involve helping them look at their client, themselves or their relationship in a different way. This webinar will give you a chance to explore and practice what supervision means. We will introduce several different models of supervision so you get an overview of the problem solving, relational and developmental ways of working. The webinar will also give you a chance to test where you are in terms of your development of supervisory skills.
