Chizu Matsushita

Chizu Matsushita is a former humanitarian and development aid worker who worked in remote and deep fields herself. Having transitioned to a 'stable' life (meaning, not moving from one place to another every few years) over the past six years, she's found coaching a precious tool to support those working in the field. Chizu wishes she had known about coaching when she struggled in the field. Her hope is that coaching becomes available for every humanitarian worker who needs support. Chizu is a professional coach and facilitator based in the Netherlands.

Bo commands over three decades of experience in the UN, managing and leading international humanitarian and development operations in fragile and complex environments. He has led programmes and staff in high-pressure, conflict-stricken environments. He has transitioned into an emerging role as Executive Coach, mentor, and mediator. This is based on the record of leading staff and multicultural teams, coordinating complex operations, and steering policy initiatives and strategy development in complex environments.
