Sustaining Impact: Coaching Conversations for NGO Leadership Wellbeing
NGO leaders are at the forefront of creating meaningful change in society – often navigating complex challenges, emotional demands, and constant pressure to deliver impact. Yet behind this work lies an often-unspoken reality: burnout, decision fatigue, and a lack of safe spaces to pause and reflect. As part of International Coaching Week (May 11–17), Abhyudaya Foundation invites: 1- NGO Founders, Directors, and Program Leaders 2- Coaches working with leaders in the impact sector to be part of a unique Social Impact Leadership Wellbeing Initiative. Sustainable impact begins with the wellbeing of the leader. When leaders are supported, their clarity, energy, and effectiveness multiply – strengthening the impact they create.

KEY DETAILSEvent Window: May 11–17
Format: Virtual (1:1 coaching + group session)
Commitment Fees: INR499 for India and $10 for anyone participating from across the globe (limited, curated slots) , this is non-refundable.
The coach and leaders will be paired on first come serve basis. Since these are curated sessions, registration doesn't confirm opportunity for active participation. Commitment fees for all will be utilized to further the Abhyudaya Foundation future initiatives.
