So you think you can dance? Demo and study of applied neuroscience 3 brains Head-Heart-Gut NOTE METHOD for easier PCC/MCC level coaching

When new coaching students enter his/her coaching school education, note taking is either not mentioned in curriculum or teachers say ‘coaches should not take notes’, they refer it to be ‘fixed mindset’.
When the same students exit the coach education, a PARADOX appears; almost all coaches (and ACCs to MCCs) do actually take personal notes, based on traditional ‘academic’ notes habits and often done in hiding (?).

Jan Georg says; ‘Academic’ notes are probably counter productive making e.g. ‘beginners mind’ harder (to pass MCC exam) because it in principle feeds the wrong guys; the coach’s brains ‘echo chamber’ and hence works against ICFs principles in coaching and mentoring context’.

C. Sneijders, Professor 3 brains coaching, MCC, says; ‘Coach note taking in year 2023 seem to be at stone age. Jan Georgs 3 brains notes is a valuable coaching innovation.’

After demo Jan Georg will shortly tell about a current research study on developing coaching-friendly growth mindset notes
