Team Coaching for Family Business Owners – Case Study on Family business succession planning

We are celebrating the International Coaching Week 2023 to Give Back with Gratitude, by Holding the space with the intention to support & deepen your understanding on, Co Creating a Coaching Culture, by Coaching Teams, Groups & Systems! We are holding a series of Sessions to explore and practice, on Wednesdays 7.30pm IST & Sundays 10.30am IST. This will be our second session of the series.

Description of the Case Study: This is a case, where a family owns a very successful business, the father is a chairman, his 3 children are shareholders but are not operationally involved in the business, his one son is preparing to lead the organization but due to his age, he is still working as a lead/manager of different department (3-5 years in each ). The CEO is external and the CFO is external.
