Ouss is a team consultant and CEO & founder of Miki Island, a game-based team development platform designed with a Research Institute and used across 35+ countries by 400+ coaches.

Ouss works globally with leadership teams, senior leaders and coaches. He is also an Associate Faculty in various Executive Education Programs in Asia and the Middle East and previously served as Head of Learning & Development at IKEA Southeast Asia.

Emmanuel Saincaize MCC, Transformative Team Coach, Coaching Supervisor.

Emmanuel Saincaize is founder and principal of SENSEO Leadership, a coaching practice that aims at supporting people and organisations in their transformations. With a human-centred and holistic coaching approach, he helps leaders and teams who want to leverage their impact express their authentic leadership in order to really onboard their ecosystem on a path that reconciles responsible and sustainable performance, and healthy relationships.

Radu Mindru

Radu, PCC & ACTC, ex president ICF Romania.

Radu is an ICF Accredited coach, working mainly with entrepreneurial companies, supporting the organizational engines to run smoothly and deliver full thrust. He had served as a board member and president of ICF Romania, and now he is supporting the advancement of the coaching profession as an ICF volunteer. He recently won, together with one of his organizational clients, the ICF PRISM Award 2026.

Radoslava Krosneva, ICF Bulgaria Chapter Board Member.

She has 25 years of international corporate experience, including 17 years in HR Director roles within global companies. She was awarded “HR Director of the Year 2021” for her contribution to leadership and people development.

Today, she works with leaders to strengthen their presence, influence, confidence, and strategic impact, supporting them in reaching their next professional level with clarity and sustainable results. She also partners with teams to increase effectiveness, collaboration, engagement, and overall performance.

Whitney Luther

Whitney Luther is an executive coach and leadership consultant who helps senior leaders and their teams lead and perform at a higher level through intentional strategy and shared accountability.

Whitney is Founder & CEO of Luther & Company, a global consulting and executive coaching firm. She leads the MBA Executive Coaching Program at Butler University Lacy School of Business.

Whitney is a member of the organizing team for the Team Coaching Global Summit, TCGA's annual flagship event, where she contributes to program operations and participant experience.
