The CPR Leadership Alignment Model: Coaching Leaders Through Character, Purpose, and Responsibility

Leadership challenges are not always caused by a lack of capability. Often, they emerge from misalignment between who a leader is, why they lead, and how they exercise influence.

This session introduces the CPR Leadership Alignment Model, a reflective framework built around three dimensions of effective leadership: Character, Purpose, and Responsibility.

Designed for coaches working with leaders in complex environments, the model offers a practical way to explore leadership identity, decision-making, ethical tension, and the gap between intention and impact.

Participants will learn how to use the framework to:
Identify patterns of leadership misalignment
Support clients in gaining deeper clarity and self-awareness
Coach beyond performance into meaning, integrity, and responsibility
Apply reflective questions in real coaching conversations
