While it might be obvious that we are always impacting on and in relation to each other, it takes a particular skill set to build and create with the relational impact unfolding in a coaching session. When we do, we direct clients’ attention away from their internal mental loop and out toward the container we are building together.

You will experience getting bounced out of how we are used to talking and leave with tools for inviting clients into full presence—where the deeper work of awareness and growth emerges.

Participants in this session will:
 Learn what a relational question is and experience its transformative impact on the coaching session
 Be able to ask at least one relational question in their client work (individual, team, group)
 Learn scenarios that invite relational questions and how to formulate them
