The Inner Work of Leadership

We invest enormous resources in developing leaders …strategy, systems, and skills. Yet we rarely ask the question that determines everything else: Who is the person doing the leading? What are they carrying? What does it truly cost them to show up?

This session creates a bold, honest, and deeply human conversation about what it takes to lead with integrity, consciousness, and humanity in the African context and why inner work is the missing piece that most leadership development programmes overlook.

Through a facilitated panel of voices spanning corporate leadership, coaching, governance, and African identity, we explore the invisible inner labour of leadership, the cost of leading without self-awareness, and what becomes possible when leaders dare to do the work within.
