“In her new book The Job is Easy, the People are Not, Prof. Loredana Padurean frames qualities like humility, adaptability, and vulnerability as smart — not soft — skills to help leaders manage the most complex of variables: people.

In her presentation, Prof. Padurean will share the skills that she coined as “smart” skills, (to replace the “soft” skills), such as validation, emotional maturity, followership, cognitive readiness, and more.
