The Power of the Preposition & Pivot Phrases

Words have impact! As coaches, we all know that! Sometimes the smaller the words, the bigger the impact.

In this session, we are going to look at how you can use a variety of prepositions differently so that you can

– create the coaching agreement with your clients in a much more profound way.
– coach your clients to ‘the top of their tree’ and support them focus on what they really want.

We will also look at different powerful ‘pivot phrases’ which you can use with clients to help them reframe their thinking, enable them to stop limiting themselves and start connecting to their strengths and resources and how they can create new options and choices.
