The Power Position is a three-circle framework that gives coaches a concrete, repeatable tool for helping clients cut through ambiguity and identify their most viable career direction. The three circles are Passion & Interests (what genuinely energizes a client, not what sounds good), Market Demand (what the market pays for, backed by evidence rather than assumption), and Skills & Experience (not just capability, but what a client wants to keep doing). Where all three overlap is the Power Position: the place where a client’s next move has the best odds of being both sustainable and strategic.
