Join Denise Krumlian (PCC, PMP, & Somatic Level 3 certified) and Megan Flanagan (expert coach for female entrepreneurs in marketing, mindset, and business) for a transformative I workshop: The Somatic Science of Resilience.
Resilience isn’t about “toughing it out”; it’s about learning what supports you when the world feels uncertain. In this session, we will help you identify hidden stressors, the deadlines, expectations, and mental loads that trigger the stress cycle. You will learn why emotions live in the body and how to move through the “stress tunnel” to successfully release exhaustion and prevent burnout.
Through somatic practices like core centering and science-backed tools like the THANKS gratitude method (Jim Kwik), you will discover how to regulate your nervous system and rewire your brain for better performance.
