The Space Between: Working Systemically with Constellations
In every coaching conversation, there is the client, and there is the space between the client and their wider system: the field of relationships, patterns, loyalties, and unspoken dynamics that influence what a client can see, choose, and change. Systemic coaching helps us access this deeper layer, a layer which often holds the key to forward movement.
In this immersive session, you will:
– Understand the core principles of systemic coaching
– Explore how constellations reveal hidden dynamics and exclusions
– Experience an interactive exercise
– Learn how to work with “the space between”
– Reflect on what becomes visible when we slow down and listen to the system
