As a key part of my workshop, I will introduce a powerful tool called The GC Index®, which can help you coach and develop teams aligned with business goals.The GC Index® is the world’s first Organimetric—it measures how individuals, teams, and organizations can create impact by assessing their "energy for impact."
To help you fully experience its potential, I invite you to complete the GC Index® questionnaire. I will present anonymized, aggregated results during the workshop to showcase how this tool works in practice.
