È Coach dal 2007; in questi anni si è specializzato in Corporate ed Executive coaching. È membro dell’International Coach Federation con credenziale PCC (Professional Certified Coach), presso la quale è iscritto al registro ufficiale dei Mentor Coach.
Ha elaborato e messo a punto il metodo del Coaching Prossemico.
Nel 2013 ha fondato, e tuttora dirige, l'Accademia del Coaching Prossemico, riconosciuta da ICF come Level One Provider di formazione al coaching.
