Wired Differently, Working Together – A Team Coaching Approach to Neurodiversity for Coaches, Leaders, and Facilitators

Over 20% of the population is neurodivergent. That means 1 in 5 of your coworkers and clients have a neurodiverse brain.
This workshop focuses on team coaching but will benefit anyone who leads or facilitates groups or teams and wants to better understand neurodiversity.

With shared knowledge and a lived-experience panel, participants will explore four of the most common neurotypes, Autism, ADHD, AuDHD, and Dyslexia and Dyscalculia, examining how each shows up, where friction tends to occur, and what can be done to help every neurotype perform at its best.

Whether you are a coach, a leader, or simply curious about becoming more inclusive, you will leave with practical tools grounded in one core principle: neuro-inclusion is not a special accommodation; it is good practice that benefits everyone.
