“Finding your “Niche” in coaching can be both intriguing and frustrating for coaches. Specially, when as a Coach you are not required to have any area specific expertise. You can coach anybody and everybody. Then two questions become prominent:
What is the need of a “Niche?”
And
How do I know what is my “Niche?”
