You don’t have to pick a niche. Knowing your ideal client is a simpler path.

If you’ve been told you “SHOULD” pick a niche and felt something tighten in your chest , you’re not alone. Many coaches resist niching, and for good reason. I felt it too, despite my marketing background. While building my own practice I found a simpler way and I want to share it here.

What we’ll work through:

– What an ideal client profile is (and isn’t) and why it works better than a niche
– How to identify your ideal client without the pressure to “box yourself” in
– How this approach simplifies everything : your value communication, messaging, client conversations and business growth

How we will work:

75 minutes, live and together. You’ll think, reflect and work through exercises in real time, making progress in identifying your ideal client profile. Time for Q&A included. Only participants who join live will receive a set of AI prompts to deepen the work afterward.

Event schedule or other information/comments
No recording. I want to honor the time and commitment of the coaches who show up for progress. My intention is to simplify your business and avoid adding another "watch later" video on your list.

Note:
This workshop is part of a two-part series for International Coaching Week 2026 .

The second workshop "What Makes You Different? How to Stand Out So the Right Clients Find You" takes place on May 14, 17.00 CET.
While each workshop stands on its own, they are designed to work together. Your Ideal Client and your Differentiation are deeply connected; together, they form the foundation for your offers, your messaging, and how the right clients find you.

You are warmly invited to join one or both to build that foundation in real-time.
