In this interactive session, participants will be paired into coach–coachee breakout rooms to engage in real coaching conversations, observed by an experienced PCC/MCC supervisor. After the session, each coach will receive structured feedback mapped to ICF Core Competencies, offering valuable insights into their coaching strengths and areas for growth.
