Monica is a keen observer of human nature in organizations and dedicated to making the most out of it. Her minimalist and perspective shifting coaching style developed in over 5000 hours of individual and team coaching and over 1000 hours of group and individual mentoring over the last 15 years.

Monica considers that she might not have answers to your questions, but she has questions towards your own answers, and it doesn’t matter how precise and clear your thinking is, as long as the premises are insufficiently defined.

Monica is pleased to observe that these days, managers are more and more open to use coaching to make the shift towards working with people with their passions and ambitions.
