Insights into coaching and self-awareness through the lens of the competence model

The competence cycle offers some insight into the stages we all go through when learning a new skill. Its use need not end there! In this podcast I share some connections that I make between the competence cycle and coaching. It would be overstatement to claim this breaks new ground, yet I find adapting the competence cycle to a coaching purpose of interest to both me and my coachees.
