THE BUSINESS OF COACHING: Record Keeping
Every client would like to be served by experienced professional coach. Such experience is also necessary when negotiating coaching contracts, in particular in arguments for cost-value matters. Some buyers of coaching will demand that you justify your coaching hourly rates. This should not be a matter of debate. You should be able to demonstrate your worth without any difficulty. If you can demonstrate that you are worthy of the rates by using the data (record) you will grow your coaching practice with ease. The coaching data works as an assurance of experience and deliverables that are not questionable.
