Three Dimensions of Leadership Intelligence: Self, Systemic, Spiritual
Self-intelligence is the ability to understand who you are and who you wish to become, through ongoing self-discovery and reflection. Systemic intelligence is about bringing that awareness into relationships with others, engaging with curiosity and empathy, collaboratively and without judgment. Spiritual intelligence is the recognition that you are more than mind and body, that your thoughts, actions, and energy affect others and, in turn, your own experience.
The integration of these three intelligences is critical for navigating change, uncertainty, and complexity. No single person, regardless of cognitive ability, can fully perceive reality across all dimensions of space and time.
