The Space of Choice: Mastering Your Inner State

In times of uncertainty, the instinct is often to get busy addressing what is out there. But for self-mastery, we need to focus less on what is happening around us and instead focus on what is happening within us. Our inner state influences how we perceive challenges, the meaning we assign to situations, and the choices we make. When we are caught in stress, doubt, or reactivity, our world narrows.

The same moment can feel overwhelming or full of possibility, depending entirely on the state we are in. When we are grounded, resourceful, and intentional, something powerful happens: we create the space to pause, choose, and align with what is important.

In this session, grounded in NLP, you will:

– Understand how our “state” influences perception, behaviour, and results
– Learn how physiology, focus, and language colour your internal experience
– Build awareness of your patterns
– Discover how to shift your inner state and create space between triggers and responses
