From Credentials to Compass : Navigating the Future of Youth Coaching and Developing Purpose-Driven Youth Coaches
The global education system remains rooted in 19th-century industrial requirements. It was designed to produce one thing: reliable workers for the industrial age.
The world has moved on since then, and so has the face of work. And yet we are still handing our youth the same map.
We call this Structural Lag: the gap between how slowly institutions change and how fast the world around them is moving. This gap is one of the most significant forces impacting young people today. It’s making them anxious, and with good reason. Their nervous systems are correctly registering the mismatch between the tools they were given and the world they are navigating.
This webinar explores Futurist Intelligence, the ability to navigate uncertainty while staying regulated enough to respond to whatever does come, rather than bracing for a specific version of the future that may never arrive.
It’s creating space for what truly matters: Our youth.
