When Everything Shifts: Coaching Through Uncertainty

Today’s coaching landscape looks different than it did five years ago. Clients come to sessions carrying more complexity, more ambiguity, more pressure to decide fast with incomplete information. And coaches feel it too.

This is not a problem to solve. It is a condition to navigate, and how we navigate it matters.

On May 14, ICF Romania and ICF Turkey come together for a cross-cultural conversation on resilience in coaching practice. Two speakers, two perspectives, one shared question: what does it actually take to stay grounded as a coach, and to help clients find clarity when the ground keeps shifting?

We will explore together two angles:
– How coaches sustain their own resilience – the inner work, the habits, the moments of doubt and recovery that rarely make it into case studies
– How to use powerful questions and reflection to help clients find clarity and act under uncertainty
