UAE Chapter of ICF

ICF is the largest global resource for professional coaches and a source for those seeking a coach. With a worldwide member base of over 20,000 individuals, ICF upholds its commitment to provide high professional standards, independent certification, and building a network of credentialed coaches to advance the coaching profession. The ICF UAE Chapter is a non-profit organization established in 2012 and has 520 members to date. The ICF UAE Chapter aims to promote the profession and its advancement for members across the region.

Marie Quigley

Marie Quigley is an ICF Master Certified Coach, EMCC ESIA Accredited Coach Supervisor and coach mentor who partners with leaders and coaches to explore meaningful personal and professional development.
She is a highly experienced coach educator, training, mentoring and supervising coaches internationally. She is also a panel tutor on the PACE Certificate in Coaching at the University of Cambridge.
Marie is co-founder and co-host of Empower World the Coaching and Leadership Podcast and is passionate about supporting the ongoing development of the coaching profession.

Creativity in Coaching: Expanding Presence and Insight

Session Outline (60 minutes)

This interactive session explores how creativity can support deeper presence, and client insight. While models provide structure, coaches are often required to respond flexibly and creatively in the moment.

Through reflective exercises and practical dialogue, participants will:

· Deepen their presence and listening beyond words

· Explore reframing as a co-created process

· Strengthen their ability to work with uncertainty and complexity

Participants will leave with practical insights to enhance their coaching effectiveness and support more impactful client outcomes.
