Steve Jeffs

Dr Steve Jeffs is a Master Certified Coach (MCC), business psychologist, and global leadership advisor with over 20 years’ experience developing leaders and coaches. He works with coaches to deepen their craft, expand their thinking beyond the session, and integrate coaching into the wider systems of leadership, culture, and business. Steve is known for his practical, thought-provoking approach that helps coaches grow both their impact and their presence.

Nisa Abulhasanova

Nisa Abulhasanova is an HR professional, career coach, and talent evaluation expert specialising in recruitment, performance management, and organisational development. As an HR Business Partner supporting more than 12 departments, she delivers strategic HR leadership across stakeholder management, employee engagement, learning and development, and succession planning. A Hogan-certified evaluator and career coach with more than 350 coaching hours, Nisa helps individuals and organisations strengthen talent, leadership, and professional growth through practical, people-focused strategies.

Gamze Senfer

Gamze Senfer is a communication coach specialising in helping professionals and teams communicate more strategically and confidently in English at work. She supports clients in strengthening meeting participation, presentations, workplace visibility, and authentic communication in English-speaking environments. Combining communication strategy, mindset, and real workplace practice, Gamze provides 1:1 coaching, workshops, and webinars designed to help international professionals speak clearly, respond effectively, and communicate with greater impact.

Anju Saini

Anju Saini is an HR Advisory and Organisational Development leader with 25+ years of experience across global organisations. An ICF-credentialed coach and certified corporate trainer, she specialises in talent strategy, leadership coaching, and future-ready workforce development. Through her Career Impact Blueprint framework, she helps professionals strengthen resilience, communication, influence, and business acumen to thrive in evolving workplaces. Anju has delivered 6,000+ hours of training, coaching, and mentoring across nine countries.
