Anna Vocino

Anna Vocino is a culinary personality, bestselling cookbook author, podcast cohost, and founder of Eat Happy Kitchen. Through her cookbooks, podcast, Substack, social platforms, and collaborations, including Women in Wine and Culinarians of Santa Barbara County, Anna has built an engaged community centered around food, wellness, humor, and connection, demonstrating how trust and shared experience create lasting communities.

Dr. Jaime Raygoza

Jaime Raygoza (he/him/él) is the founder of Rainbow Career Coaching, supporting neurodivergent, LGBTQ+, BIPOC, and allied professionals in building meaningful careers without burnout. A coach and community builder, he leads the Unicorn Coaching Network, a growing community for LGBTQ+ and allied coaches and consultants rooted in connection and shared learning, and co-founded the Orange County Queer Chamber of Commerce to strengthen LGBTQ+ entrepreneurship and a sense of belonging.

Nadya Ichinomiya

Nadya Ichinomiya is an executive coach and Vice President at Sony Pictures Entertainment. She is Chairwoman and co-founder of Women in Technology: Hollywood (WiTH), an 8,000-member community advancing mentorship, leadership, and professional development across entertainment and technology. An ICF ACC and Fellow at the Institute of Coaching, Nadya helps leaders and teams build trust, resilience, and meaningful impact in fast-changing environments.
