Navigating the ICF GLOBAL-everything you wanted to know but were afraid to ask!

This program will give an introduction to the ICF Global website and how coaches can best utilize Global’s website to list services and more fully utilize some of the features (coach registry, mentor registry, ICF Member websites, etc) We will also review the process on how to use the ICF Global website to track progress toward re-credentialing, specifically how to upload CCE certificates. How to submit new credentialing applications through the website and things to remember on the mechanics of the recordings needed for the credentialing process will be covered as well.
