The International Coaching Federation (ICF) Oman is a local chapter of the global organization dedicated to promoting and advancing the coaching profession in Oman.

We strive to build a community of highly trained and skilled coaches, uphold the highest standards of professionalism and ethics, and provide opportunities for coaches to connect, learn and grow.

Liliane Bsaibes

Liliane Bsaibes, a Leadership and Business Coach and a chemical engineer project manager. She helps organizations achieve sustainability for their business, and create a culture of innovation and customer focus. She is an advocate for quality, coaches young and senior leaders develop a quality leadership for leading to serve.

Her coaching focus is on human development. She believes that trust makes people grow. Her coaching approach is to engage the whole person in a safe environment.

She speaks English French and Arabic fluently.

Coaching to Love is a coach development designed to appreciate the collaboration of enabling a growth mindset in coachees, and developing a coaching mindset and continuous learning in coaches.

Coaching evolves as an organic transformation. The transformation of the coachee is within the transformation of the coach. It is a partnership for mutual growth.

The approach is described as Human Engineering reveals the perspective of coaching through quality engineering, looking at coaching as a process with process and results measures and ultimately a process purpose to enable people to grow in their capabilities to love, enabling them in their continuous journey of being human.
