From Conversation to Practice: The Power of Role Play in Coaching

What if a coaching session became a space to practice change, not just talk about it? In this interactive webinar, we explore role play as a coaching approach that shifts the focus from problem-solving to real-time, co-created practice. Using a simple “tennis court” metaphor, you’ll see how a coach can stay present, adapt in the moment, and invite the client to stretch and grow.

This is not a lecture—you will practice. We’ll connect the approach to core ICF competencies such as Establishes and Maintains Agreements, Cultivates Trust and Safety, Maintains Presence, and Evokes Awareness. Through guided peer work, you’ll explore real-life scenarios, step into roles, and experiment with beliefs and growth opportunities in real time.

Designed as a live playground, this session helps coaches expand their range, sharpen presence, and bring more creativity into their work—with insights you can use immediately.
