With more than 30 years in the Governmental and Oil & Gas Industry, I have been exposed to different commercial delegations such as Vendor Management, Procurement, Contracts, Claims, and Tendering. Being in a leadership position, it allowed me to share and enhance my knowledge through Operational Strategy & Implementation, Employee Management, Training & Mentorship, Knowledge Transfer, and moreover being up to date with the Commercial aspect of the Oil & Gas Industry. With this leadership exposure, it drove my passion to being a Leadership Coach and Life Coach.
