Steve Jeffs

Dr Steve Jeffs is a Master Certified Coach (MCC), business psychologist, and global leadership advisor with over 20 years’ experience developing leaders and coaches. He works with coaches to deepen their craft, expand their thinking beyond the session, and integrate coaching into the wider systems of leadership, culture, and business. Steve is known for his practical, thought-provoking approach that helps coaches grow both their impact and their presence.

Lynda Monk

Lynda Monk, MSW, RSW, CPCC, is a Registered Social Worker, Certified Co-Active Coach, and Director of the International Association for Journal Writing. An author, speaker, and educator, she specialises in journaling for wellness, resilience, leadership, and self-care. Lynda has co-authored several books on transformational journaling and developed training programmes focused on burnout prevention, stress management, and organisational health. Through THRIVE Training & Coaching, she inspires individuals and professionals to use reflective writing as a tool for healing, growth, and creativity.

Jennifer Britton

Jennifer Britton is a globally recognised expert in group and team coaching, leadership, and Human Connection Design (HCX). Founder of Potentials Realized, she helps organisations and entrepreneurs strengthen collaboration, performance, and coaching cultures in hybrid and evolving workplaces. A former UN Program Director, award-winning facilitator, and pioneer in virtual teamwork, Jennifer is the author of seven books, including Effective Group Coaching and From One to Many. She is also a sought-after keynote speaker on leadership, change, teamwork, and the future of work.
