1-1 Coach Supervision Experience

Coaching can be a lonely place, bound by confidentiality, left with nowhere to explore what is happening in your practice, conundrums with clients, and to replenish your own resources.

By way of a definition to my approach to coach supervision, I have created the following:

“A Coach partners with a trained coach supervisor to reflect on themselves, and their practice, for the purposes of caring for and exploring oneself and their clients, through self-reflection and professional assurance. All leading to growth, and continuing to develop as a coach.”
