This session explores how coaches can assess a client’s readiness for change using Dr. Prochaska’s Transtheoretical Model of Change.

Participants will learn how to identify the client’s stage of change, recognize indicators of readiness, and adapt their coaching approach accordingly.

The session also demonstrates how coaching competencies can be applied throughout the readiness assessment process to support sustainable client transformation.
