Understanding Agile-Lean Coaching Competencies

Join ICF Research Webinars and Leigh Griffin, PCC, PhD, on Thursday, June 13, 2024, from 7:00 a.m. – 8:00 a.m. (New York) for a webinar on coaching for process improvement —a power tool for a new way of working used by organizations worldwide. This new way of working is often achieved by embracing an Agile or Lean mode of work, using digital tools to enhance efficiency. This session will explore the expectations and competencies needed to succeed as a process improvement coach and will examine the foundation that ICF coaching competencies can provide.
